The Gold Museum has the largest pre-Hispanic goldsmith collection in the world with approximately 34,000 pieces of gold and tumbaga. It has temporary exhibitions and programmed recreational activities.
How to get there:
- Go down one block until the seventh avenue, where is the Plaza de Bolívar.
- Then turn right to take the seventh avenue and walk five blocks until you find Avenida Jiménez, you can distinguish it because there is a station of Transmilenio.
- Cross Avenida Jiménez and walk half a block, you will find El Parque Santander.
- Behind the Park is the Gold Museum.
